Off-chain signing telemetry not available via public tools for either Cosmos validators or EVM multisig signers. Cosmos core is non-EVM; device fingerprint analysis is not applicable to Cosmos validator signing. EVM multisig signers use a custom contract (not hardware wallet with MPC session keys). No MPC session-key providers expose device fingerprints publicly for this configuration. V2-deferred signal; data source structurally unavailable for this protocol architecture.
