Evidence summary #

DVN operators (LZ Labs, Nethermind, Canary) are independent third-party services; their internal validator rotation is not tracked publicly. No changes to OFT lockbox DVN configuration detected in available transaction history. DVN set is configured and updatable via ConfigureOApp.s.sol admin calls by Cap admin. Rotation recency cannot be confirmed without direct monitoring of DVN operator events.
