T-09 phase-2 signal. No EVM-style partial-drain pattern applies to a Cosmos perpetuals DEX. Detecting partial-drain test transactions on the Cosmos appchain would require a custom Cosmos indexer on x/bank module transfers. No such infrastructure exists for T-10 static assessment.
