Scope v0.31.0 added 8h and 24h TWAPs; v0.33.0 added 7d TWAP. TWAP is a Scope oracle type that can be mapped to any reserve. When used, window is well above 30-minute manipulation threshold. However, whether TWAP is configured for each reserve as the primary or overlay is admin-determined and not confirmed per-reserve.
