The deployer (luciotato) and primary engineer (ochaloup) wallets show no DPRK-cluster routing in OSINT. However, the 4/7 Marinade Council (operational multisig via Realms) does not publish individual member wallet addresses. Without wallet addresses for all payment recipients, a 3-hop on-chain DPRK routing analysis cannot be completed. Scored not_assessed for this gap.
