Solana programs use BPF/SBF bytecode, not EVM bytecode. The EVM bytecode similarity tooling and the Etherscan 4-byte signature database that underpin this signal do not exist for Solana. Concept of attacker deploying exploit-contract mimicking protocol is applicable in principle but mechanically requires different substrate-native tooling not defined in the T-09 signal spec. U10 Solana-substrate not_applicable.
