The Mercurial Finance / Meteora program deployer wallet (the keypair that signed the 2021 BPFLoaderUpgradeable deploy transactions) is not resolvable without direct Solana on-chain RPC access. No public reporting or blockchain analytics label links any Meteora/Mercurial program deployer wallet to a mixer withdrawal within 30 days of program deployment. The Kelsier Ventures 'central coordinating wallet' (alleged prefix 0xcEA per blockchain forensics cited in class-action coverage) funded token-launch sniper wallets, not the Meteora protocol deployer. Mercurial Finance's 2021 funding was institutional (DeFiance Capital, Huobi Ventures, Signum Capital; IEO on FTX/Gate.io/Raydium). Gap: non-EVM deployer-address pipeline gap; not a clean finding.
