Squads v3 has NO on-chain time_lock — any approved threshold change executes immediately. An unannounced threshold reduction (e.g., from current threshold to a lower value) or new-signer addition within 14 days of another such change is the Solana analog of the Drift-class F182 event. Current posture: Squads v3 multisig threshold and current signer set NOT decoded (governance-admin-analyst task; requires SOLANA_GOVERNANCE.md Step 4 decode of CoEsykat... account data). The co-founder resignation (2025-02-18) may have involved signer-set changes on the multisig — unconfirmed. No publicly reported threshold change or signer anomaly identified in public sources.
