Asset listing is governed by Ondo DAO (GovernorBravo) with restricted access. OUSG/USDY pricing uses admin-controlled custom oracles — no permissionless pool oracle acceptance. The Rhea Finance pattern (fake pools, permissionless oracle) does not apply.
