Docs state air-gapped cold devices with physically removed network cards for each signer. Sequential signing prevents conflicting parallel signatures. However, signer identities are pseudonymous and ASN-level co-hosting verification is not possible via OSINT. Cannot confirm geographic or custodial separation of the 4 upgrade multisig signers.
