Spiko uses Chainlink CCIP for EVM cross-chain token transfers. The CCIP signer/DON set is Chainlink infrastructure — Spiko does not control any bridge validator/signer contract. Stellar and Starknet cross-chain mechanisms are non-CCIP and are managed by those chains' native protocols. Spiko has no bridge signer set it can change. Signal does not apply.
