Evidence summary #

Smart Router deprecated prior addresses (docs.sun.io lists deprecated router addresses) but factories are immutable (no pause capability). V4 CLPoolManagerOwner pause applies to the live V4 PoolManager, not deprecated surfaces. No deprecated contracts with retained reversible pause identified. Partially mitigated; no admin-scope extension to deprecated surfaces confirmed.
