Upgrade multisig signer configuration (M/N)
Venus Protocol's assessment for RD-F-026 — scored yellow on the v1.7.0 rubric. The evidence below is the curator's reasoning for this score.
Evidence summary #
Guardian multisig 0x1C2CAc6ec528c20800B2fe734820D87b581eAA6B is confirmed as GnosisSafeProxy (Safe Singleton L2 1.3.0). Threshold (M) and owner count (N) are not resolvable from BscScan explorer view — Safe API returns 403. M/N recorded as unknown; curator must call getThreshold() and getOwners() via direct RPC.

Methodology #
Read `threshold` and `getOwners()` on the multisig controlling upgrade / sensitive ops. Store as `required` (M) and `total` (N); render as "M/N". For EOA admins record `required=1, total=1` (display "1/1"). Null when admin is immutable or full DAO with no fixed signer set.
