Deployer 0x1ca3Ac3686071be692be7f1FBeCd668641476D7e was funded by intermediate wallet 0x76aFd2A963c081ba5EC2b9827A194d37dF914d59, which received its initial BNB from Binance Hot Wallet on approximately 2020-09-27 (BscScan confirmed). No Tornado Cash, Railgun, or similar mixer interactions identified on the deployer or its immediate funder within 30 days of the November 2020 protocol deployment. The funding chain is clean: Binance Hot Wallet (CEX) → intermediate wallet → deployer. Note: the March 2026 exploit attacker address received 7,400 ETH via Tornado Cash, but this is an external attacking EOA, not a protocol deployer or privileged address, and does not apply to RD-F-124.
