All 18 (confirmed, OZ customer story) audits are from a single firm: OpenZeppelin. No audits found from Trail of Bits, ChainSecurity, Certora, Spearbit, Halborn, Quantstamp, or any other major firm. This is yellow per the factor rubric (1 firm = yellow; ≥2 distinct firms = green). The OZ partnership is deep and continuous (since 2022), which reduces single-firm risk, but the factor requires distinct firm count.
